A single father of two, running on the power of pure adrenaline, Chuck is a cop who plays by his own rules. Despite his rugged nature, his strongest muscle is his heart, proof positive that he loves his kids. His man rule is fight now, ask questions later, and he often acts like a kid with a short attention span.

The middle-school kid who wants to be popular, Liz still can't help being the odd on out. Since she's bright, responsible and athletic, Liz often finds herself being more of an adult than her father. She also rather regrettably realizes that she is much more like her dad than she cares to admit.

Though weaker than his dad, Chuck's son is thought of as the successor to the Ramsey honor. What he lacks in brute strength, he makes up for in brains. Often talked down to by his big sister, Mick vows to prove his abilities. Though he tries to talk himself out of adventures with the family, he makes the most of it.

Chuck's arch-rival and former "buddy" from high school, Gash is equally competitive but tends to take things too far, and finds himself playing the villain. Despite being a mechanical genius, his impatient nature becomes his downfall as he always leaves his evil plans incomplete.
